30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@astrostore.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address we provide
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@astrostore.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
